Omg yes. To all of this. Beautifully said. Also I used to be a die hard Sean Feucht fan until he did that whole thing during the pandemic. It was so insensitive to publicly worship like that unmasked (standing very close together) in the middle of a scary time for the world. I was embarrassed to be a Christian.

I don't think these things are mutually exclusive. We can push for the freedom to worship in public squares AND serve the poor, love our neighbours and live the life God has called us to.

I don’t think you can make a blanket statement like that. Our worship is a testament to our faith in God and can equally be as other-centered as any of the other actions. We are called to worship our maker and in doing so, our worship can draw people to God. Isn’t this the ultimate form of love?

I was looking at it as Let us Worship short people were about allowing themselves to gather during covid. The gathering is for them, not others.
